Rules of Play

Every care has been taken into consideration to create a safe and fun environment. However as with any activity, the risk of accident and injury still exists. If you find this risk unacceptable or are unhappy with the design or state of repair of the equipment or the behaviour of other users, do not allow your child/children to enter. CHILDREN ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Please respect any height restrictions in place.
Only 1 person at a time must ride on the slides.
No waiting or playing at the bottom of the slides.
No climbing up the slides.
To avoid injury, slide feet first with elbows tucked in.
All rules must be followed in each area.
No food or drink is to be taken into the playframes.
No chewing gum.
Children must remove shoes before entering the playframes (with the exception of go-kart, Laser arena and climbing wall where shoes must be worn).
Climbing on the netted walls or play structure is strictly forbidden.
Fighting or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
Guilty parties must be asked to leave. No sharp objects may be taken into the play areas.
All jewellery, badges and sharp objects must be removed.

Socks must be worn at all times by both adults and children.
Only food purchased from the diner can be consumed on the premises.
No glassware is allowed in the play area.
Any accident or injury must be reported to a member of staff.
Children who are unwell must not enter the playframes.
All children must be supervised whilst using the play area.
No children are allowed to be left unattended in the premises an an adult must be present at all times.
Children under 5 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Glasses that are not worn with a tether and shatterproof lenses must be removed.
No liability is accepted for any injury or damage however caused whilst using the children’s play area or equipment.
Smoking and/or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited.
