We will not misuse, sell, or exploit any information provided to us, and we do everything we possibly can—including maintaining physical, electronic, and managerial procedures—to ensure that your data remains secure. The majority of the information you provide us is for the express purpose of keeping customers safe inside the venue or sending you information of interest about Big Sky if you have signed up for our marketing updates.

UK GDPR and data protection legislation state six lawful bases for processing personal information. Big Sky stores and processes personal data under the following justifications:

- Legitimate Interests: Managing administrative, accounting, billing, audit, statistical analysis, customer surveys, and legal requirements, as well as identifying customer preferences for future interactions.
- Consent: Informing customers about special offers, news, and upcoming events at Big Sky when explicitly requested.

Except for email addresses, this information is held to ensure customer security and efficient operations. Your email address will only be used to communicate about bookings you have made or to send news and special offers from Big Sky if you have opted in.

- FuseMetrix: Customer database management.
- Microsoft 365: Document storage, administration, and email services.
- Deputy: Staff scheduling and communication.
- All third-party providers operate to high security standards with servers hosted in the UK/EU and are strictly restricted from using your data for any independent purposes.
- Data Breach Protocols: In the event of a data breach involving personal identifiers, we will notify affected individuals and inform the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) within 72 hours in accordance with statutory guidelines.
Cookies & Web Tracking
- Cookies: Small text files placed on your device to enhance browsing functionality (such as remembering recent search queries or booking details). Our cookies do not store personally identifiable data. You can disable or delete cookies via your web browser settings at any time.

CCTV Surveillance
CCTV operates on our premises for safety, crime prevention, and facility management. Images, video footage, and behavioral observations may be recorded involving staff, visitors, customers, or members of the public within or near the venue.

Business Transfers
If Big Sky undergoes a business transfer, sale, or structural reorganization, relevant customer data may be transferred to the new controlling entity under the exact terms of this Privacy Policy. You will be notified in advance of any such transfer and given the option to have your data deleted or excluded.
